Returns
Returns must be within 7 days of receiving your product.
There are no returns after October 20th 2023. All sales final.
We will not accept returned merchandise without the original packaging or merchandise that shows signs of wear.
All sales final on masks, wigs and imitate apparel.
All other merchandise may be exchanged if unopened.
We reserve the right to deny any return if necessary.
Shipping
We can ship to any lower 48 states. We can not ship to international destinations.
When you place an order it will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day. We ship orders out of Los Angeles California.
